What's happening with the 'old' Global Miniatures? And what does changing our business name to Ovation mean? Our super short answers turn out to be some pretty good taglines or slogans. Our current favorites are:
"We aren't so miniature, anymore!" - and - "We create meaningful images for any meaningful occasion".
They are fun and useful, but of course, they do not tell the whole story.

When we began thinking about a new name, we wanted it to be meaningful and useful. The common denominator across all of product lines is - the presentation of meaningful images. We are framers of important events.
That is to say we wanted our new business name to make a statement or explain what it is that we do!
Over the past few years, we've diversified and taken on a wider range of framing projects. The miniature painting based projects remain steady, but we recognized that we had outgrown the "Global Miniatures" name.

Today, we are involved in bigger scale production and packaging of customlzed large (>12") frame-based projects, many involving interesting and intricate multimedia components. Plus, we've added more content and product lines. We added our own line of fine art photographs to our catalog of stock images. We have a value line of photo albums and a higher end line of new customizable digital photo frames.

Our distinctive promotion and meaningful recognition products have been receiving praise and registering reactions of delight, awe and heartwarming gratitude. People appreciate our products and distributors love our service. Not long ago we successfully completed a rather 'complex' project and we received a wonderful thank you and a comment that just resonated with us. It said, "You folks deserve a standing ovation! Everything was fantastic - the artistry, the quality of the product, the packaging and your service!" We looked at one another and almost in unison everyone said - that's it! We have a new name - Ovation. Ovation Framing.

Our 'old name', Global Miniatures transistions from a business name to the brand label of our premiere product line. Global Miniatures is known within the promotions industry. As the brand name of our premiere product line of stock and custom miniature artwork and framing, we are leveraging the decade and a half of creative work in building our signature miniatures art library, which now contains over 3500 images; as well as, the time invested in people getting to know us and refining our customized miniature prints and frames as awards or gifts of distinction and meaning.

Treasured mementos and beautiful art pieces that people cherish for years and years. Ovation products persist.

We are eco-friendly suppliers. Our wood-based components are from managed forests and we specify and use environmentally friendly stains and finishes. We source everything we possibly can from American sources and all assembly and packaging is done in our production facility in Plymouth, MN located on the northern plains of the good ol' USA.
